Device:Iron Tank└ Module: Transport DescriptionSwimming in Creosote Oil? Drowning in Biofuel? Covered in honey… well, let's not go there. Anyway, we have a solution for you! Today we bring you these shining new bastions of industry, the Iron Tank! Your skyline will never be the same! They come in four varieties, 3×3, 5×5, 7×7 and 9×9. Additionally, the height can be custom ordered anywhere from 4 blocks tall to 8 blocks tall! To build one of these marvels, you need to lay down a frame of Iron Tank Wall blocks in the dimensions you desire. You must then fill the top, bottom, and sides in with any combination of Wall, Gauge, or Valve as you please. Once you have done this and can open the GUI, you will have a completed tank for all your sticky liquid needs! It should also be noted that Buildcraft or Redpower Pipes and Liquid Loaders will only interface with Valve blocks and that tanks can only be drained from Valve blocks in the bottom two layers. At the second row liquid must pumped out. A Tank Valve at the bottom will automatically drain. But wait, there is more! You can also stack tanks! Just place a couple Valve blocks in the center where the tanks touch and you're good to go! If you have an accident with your tank and all your liquid appears to disappear don't worry as long as the bottom center block is still intact, replace the broken block and your liquid should reappear. For your automation needs we recently added comparator support to the valves. Put a comparator next to a valve just like you would do with a chest and the output signal strength will correspond to the amount of liquid in the tank. More InformationTrivia
