Track Kit is a feature of Railcraft outfitted tracks. Most of them are represented by a track kit item; however, Invalid, Wye, Turnout, and Junction Track Kits are exceptions. Each of them has different functions.
Most of the track kits are applicable to all Track Types; however, some, such as Transition, is confined to certain Track Types.
When outfitted tracks are broken, they drop the track kit item (except for those without item representations) and become flex tracks.
