The Anchor Cart is basically a World Anchor on wheels. It functions similarly, but has a larger radius, keeping 25 chunks (arranged in a 5 by 5 square) around the cart loaded at all times, even while moving. Using Cart Linking, this feature can be used to create trains that can travel beyond the chunk boundary.
