The Steel Tools are designed for the hard work of building a railway. The durability is twice that of Iron tools and they are less enchantable than other tools.
The mining speed and attack strength is similar to Iron Tools.

  * Steel Tools can with 6.16.0.0 be recycled in the [[device:blast furnace|Blast Furnace]] to get most (but not all) of the materials back, regardless of damage.
